Kevin Feehan is the featured presenter for the Discovery of Records Toolkit. He reviews the rules relating to Discovery of Records, the recommendations of the Rules Committee for changes to the Rules regarding Discovery of Records and then leads participants in a discussion of the roles legal personnel play in the Discovery of Records process and the challenges faced in fulfilling the obligations of the rules.
Included in the toolkit are papers titled “Production of Documents”, “Re-Discovering Discovery” and “New Discovery Rules of Court.”
