As of January 13, 2026, many lawyers who are exempted from filing fees can now file submissions through the King’s Bench Filing Digital Service – Family and Divorce (FFDS) for all Court of King’s Bench of Alberta locations, as long as proof of their fee-exempt status is provided upon filing.
