    You have seen and perhaps even utilized a corporation’s constating documents. But do you understand them, know what the various provisions mean, and have a clear sense as to when to use certain clauses and when to not use them? Examine common corporate documents, identify red flags and issues, and review strategies to develop best practices. These on-demand programs were originally presented as an in-person program titled Practice Foundations: Corporate Drafting on June 5, 2025. The total running time for each presentation ranges between 30 minutes to 1 hour, 20 minutes.
