Josh Hawkes was appointed to the Provincial Court of Alberta (Criminal) in May 2017. Prior to that he was Appellate Counsel, and has argued cases at every trial and appellate level in Alberta and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is actively involved in ongoing judicial and legal education, and participates as a presenter and faculty member at provincial and national judicial education programs.
