This paper highlights recent changes to employment legislation, including key provisions in the Employment Standards Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Workers’ Compensation Act, Alberta Human Rights Act, and Labour Relations Code that lawyers should be aware of. It also provides best practices for employer clients to help minimize risk of employment-related claims.
