What is the Practice Fundamentals Program?

The Practice Fundamentals Program is offered in collaboration with the Law Society of Alberta for lawyers newly called to the Alberta bar. The Program includes courses on building lawyer-client relationships, improving practice and file management, as well as drafting contracts, pleadings and memos, and more. Course content aligns with the Professional Development Profile, which sets the foundation for CPD in Alberta. New courses will be added regularly.

This program is free for lawyers called to the Alberta bar in 2024. As a registrant you can access this content on the LESA Classroom when logged into your LESA.org account.
