Precedents are important tools that support efficient and effective legal practice. Creating and maintaining a precedent bank can be an invaluable asset for lawyers, providing consistency, quality, knowledge management, and time-saving benefits.

This course will provide an overview for developing and adapting precedents and maintaining a precedent bank. It will take approximately one hour to complete.
