“The Greek Tragedy” – A Case Study for Compelling an Accounting Estate Litigation
This author offers up a hypothetical situation in which a client requires an order compelling an accounting of the property, expenditures and debts of a donor/deceased. The scenario is written with the goal of helping the reader to understand how accounting issues can arise in power of attorney and estate matters, and demonstrates ways to maximize value for the client.
This paper is part of a collection presented at LESA’s Estate Accounting seminar in September/October, 2015.
