Through demonstrations and lectures, attendees will:

  • Gain knowledge about approaches and skills that make oral and written chambers advocacy more focused, persuasive, and efficient
  • Discuss what judges want and how they approach decision making
  • Learn to simplify chambers evidence
  • Identify common errors and pitfalls in chambers matters and develop strategies to address them

Networking Reception | In-person attendees and faculty are invited to stay for refreshments and networking following this program. 

This program offers a 10% discount for firms or organizations who wish to purchase three or more individual tickets.
