Retired Justice Adam Germain invites you to “think outside the courthouse” as he discusses the increasing importance of mediation in the everyday practice of law. Building on his years of experience mediating disputes both within and outside the court system, this webinar will explore how to get the most out of mediation, how to enhance the likelihood of success, and how to leave a mediation feeling you have done everything possible for your client.

This program offers a 10% discount for firms or organizations who wish to purchase three or more individual tickets. To receive the discount, all lawyers and staff members must complete their registration using their individual LESA.org account and apply the coupon code GROUP10 on checkout. Firms or organizations that do not meet the minimum threshold of three registrations will be invoiced for the difference.
