Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are a foundational tool for protecting confidential information, but their effectiveness depends on both how they are drafted and how they are enforced. This webinar will explore the form of NDAs, including key clauses and common drafting pitfalls. It will then turn to the enforcement of NDAs, examining when breaches occur, available remedies, and practical considerations in pursuing NDA claims.
