Certain issues regularly come up when dealing with wills and powers of attorney. This program explores many of those issues with advice or comments on each and references to resources for further consideration. The format of this program is “breadth not depth” and is designed for all levels of experience. Some of the discussion points are technical and advanced and some are of the “bread and butter” variety.

This program offers a 10% discount for firms or organizations who wish to purchase three or more individual tickets. To receive the discount, all lawyers and staff members must complete their registration using their individual LESA.org account and apply the coupon code GROUP10 on checkout. Firms or organizations that do not meet the minimum threshold of three registrations will be invoiced for the difference. This discount is applicable to individual tickets purchased by members of the same firm or organization for the same program, regardless of format.
