To build a competent and professional mediation practice, it is increasingly important to develop skills and deepen your knowledge and understanding of the mediation process. In this 5-day intensive course, participants can expect demonstrations, analysis of taped mediations, as well as lecture and discussions. This course also includes participant simulation exercises with trainer feedback, informal individual consultations, extensive course materials with all the forms necessary for practice, outlines of the mediation process, and detailed checklists of the issues to be addressed in most cases.
