What is a Firm Broadcast
Firm broadcast tickets are now available on most livestreams, webinars, and on-demand programs allowing multiple people from your firm or organization to watch and learn together at one time, and from the same location.
When purchasing a firm broadcast ticket, you assume the role of facilitator. As a facilitator, you may broadcast a livestream or webinar to your designated group of viewers as well as download and distribute materials.
Facilitator: What You Need to Know
As a facilitator for a firm broadcast, there are a few key things you need to know. Most notably, as a facilitator you will be the only one to access the Zoom link and any related materials for the program. It is your responsibility to download and distribute any program materials to your pre-selected number of viewers prior to viewing the program. You may access the program via Zoom and broadcast it to your pre-selected number of viewers on the program day. Automatic discounts for new lawyers (10%), students (25%), and legal support staff (10%) do not apply to firm broadcasts. Additional details are outlined below.
Webinar or Livestream Facilitator (Live Broadcast)
- The purchase of a webinar or livestream firm broadcast ticket permits you to broadcast the program for the pre-selected number of viewers
- You will be sent a Zoom link following your purchase for the program date
- As a facilitator, you will receive electronic materials in advance of the program which you may download and distribute to those individuals viewing the program
- You will not receive access to the recording for the program
- Materials for the program will not be accessible after the live broadcast
