Sean Shaefer, Demas Schaefer LLP

Sean is a co-founder of TC Family Law Group and Demas Schaefer LLP where he practices family law, divorce law, and in wills and estates. Sean is also a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator who has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta. Sean has developed a reputation as a no-nonsense negotiator who aims to put his client’s interests first. Danielle Collins, Latitude Family Law LLP

Danielle Collins graduated from the faculty of law at the University of Alberta in 2011. She articled with Legal Aid Alberta, the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and the Edmonton Provincial Criminal Court. Danielle became a member of the Law Society of Alberta in 2012 and has practiced exclusively in family law. Read more

Bob Donaldson, Callioux Law

Bob Donaldson has been in the legal industry for over 21 years. Upon graduating from the Legal Assistant Program at Red Deer College, Bob worked in small boutique law firms in Wetaskiwin, Edmonton and Medicine Hat. It was in these firms Bob practiced in all areas of law including; criminal law, family law, real estate, and more. Bob is currently employed at Callioux Law as a Senior Paralegal. Read more

Sasha Joshi, Foster LLP

Sasha joined Foster LLP in 2013, after working for a prominent civil litigation firm in 2012. Sasha’s practice primarily includes family property matters, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, divorce and separation agreements, parenting and high conflict parenting matters, as well as child support and spousal support matters. Sasha is an experienced litigator and has conducted trials and viva voce hearings in both the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta. Read more
