Joe Campbell
Joe Campbell (he/him) is a Leading Change Community Developer with the Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters and a graduate of the Social Work program at Mount Royal University. Over the last 10 years, Joe has initiated multiple meaningful community conversations about the foundational attitudes and beliefs in our culture that can perpetuate violence against women. Through these conversations, he supports men to be catalysts to end violence against women. Prior to his work at ACWS, Joe worked with Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse and The Centre for Sexuality, where he engaged men and boys in conversations about violence, healthy relationships, and making a difference in their communities.
