Mathieu St-Germain is in-house counsel for the Calgary Police Service, specializing in criminal law as the Service’s operational lawyer assigned to the Real Time Operations Centre (RTOC). Matt began his career as a prosecutor for the Provincial Crown in Quebec (DPCP), to eventually take on the role of appellate counsel for the Gatineau regional office. He has also held the position of Federal Prosecutor for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) in the Northwest Territories and Alberta, specializing in drug and organized crime prosecutions. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with specialization in Criminal Law.
