Michael Styczen is a partner in the Calgary office of DLA Piper (Canada) LLP, practising corporate and commercial law in the ‎energy sector.‎ Michael specializes in commercial transactions in the energy sector, including M&A transactions related to ‎oil sands, oil and gas assets, pipelines, and electric generation and transmission projects.‎ Michael’s practice focuses on the energy sector in both British Columbia and Alberta, as well as on foreign ‎investment in Canada.‎
