Artificial Intelligence is quickly becoming part of our digital infrastructure and is increasingly woven into aspects of daily life, including in the practice of law. AI has the potential to impact society in many positive ways. However, there are numerous examples of AI systems and data algorithms that are operating in ways that are harmful, unjust, and discriminatory. How can we ensure that technology tools are informed by societal values? How can we mitigate the harms being caused by these systems?
Through the lens of a technology ethics specialist, this webinar explores the essentials of AI ethics and some of the proposed regulatory solutions, and invites attendees to examine what they should consider when implementing AI into their law practices.
Please note: there will be no written materials that accompany this webinar. This presentation is available as a live broadcast only. Registrants will receive access to the recording. However, this presentation will not be available for purchase after the fact as an on-demand program.
