Creating & Using Read-Ins for   Trial & in Alternative Dispute Resolution

Engage in a review of the Rules as well as the available options and strategies to make the most of admissions obtained at questioning.

Preparing Yourself and Your Witness

Consider ways to approach your preparation for an effective and efficient questioning. Discuss how to prepare your witness, including your professional and legal obligations.

The Role of Questioning in the Summary Judgment & Summary Trial Environment

Discuss creating a record for the summary judgment processes. Explore the choice between questioning on affidavits and for discovery, including the advantages and disadvantages. Consider the use of Rule 6.8 to question witnesses.
