The Principal Training Course, delivered by LESA in partnership with the Law Society of Alberta, is designed to provide principals with the skills and tools necessary to successfully fulfill their role as mentors for the next generation of lawyers.
This online course has eight self-directed lessons with course content related to Law Society of Alberta duties and requirements, CPLED duties and requirements, cultural competency, effective mentorship, dealing with difficult conversations, employment law, and more. Lessons contain self-study slides and on-demand content.
This course is available for $95. Successful completion of this course is required to be approved as a principal by the Law Society of Alberta.
