Access to Justice week is right around the corner. Taking place from February 3-7, 2025, this year’s theme is “Lifiting Communities Through the Power of Pro Bono“.
There are many Canadians who face language, distance, economic, and other barriers when it comes to accessing justice. LESA is honoured to support the work of pro bono law organizations across the province as well as the volunteer lawyers who dedicate their time and talents to these organizations. We are proud to partner with the Edmonton Community Legal Clinic, Calgary Legal Guidance, and Community Legal Clinic by providing a free continuing legal education webinar to those who fulfill their volunteer commitment within a calendar year.
