Administrative Law Update: Keynote from Supreme Court Justice Suzanne Côté

LESA is pleased to announce that Justice Suzanne Côté of the Supreme Court of Canada will deliver the keynote address in LESA’s “Administrative Law Update” this coming April, 2022. Offered as an in-person program in both Calgary and Edmonton, we encourage you to sign up early as space is limited.

In her keynote address, Justice Suzanne Côté will engage in a thematic discussion of the role of the courts in administrative law matters and the boundaries of judicial review. As part of her remarks, she will address parliamentary privilege, voluntary associations, arbitration appeals, and Henry VIII clauses.
