Since 2015, Alberta has seen a plummeting of oil and gas prices, an economic downturn, and job lay-offs as a result of the global pandemic.  Recently, we have experienced an increase in oil and gas prices, back to work orders, and some economic relief. This webinar will consider the Court’s response to economic realities in the context of spousal support orders as well as variations, terminations, and reviews.
