Alberta Legal Technology Conference: Recent Case Law
This paper examines Canadian cases that deal with legal issues arising from the use of legal technology or from the use of technology in situations that may be similar to law firms and lawyers. In addition to the survey of jurisprudence and rulings from administrative bodies, the paper also provides practical “takeaways for lawyers” that readers can implement in their practices.
