This presentation discusses how IP issues intersect with social media and technology, and how to identify and avoid issues before they arise. It will also review strategies to ensure that clients protect their name and goodwill, avoid unfair competition disputes, and use keywords and meta-tags to increase their online profile without infringing on third party rights or putting their intangible assets at risk.
This on-demand program was originally presented as an in-person program in February 2019.
The total running time is approximately 57 minutes.
