Shaping the facts from the start is critical. Not only does this help a lawyer understand the case, it also helps provide direction for which steps to take and when. This on-demand program looks at the benefits of demand letters to work towards resolving a matter in its early stages or setting the stage for litigation. The presentation also addresses pre-pleading discovery, litigation strategy, and tips for drafting effective pleadings.

This on-demand program originally broadcast on February 8, 2022, as part of our Commercial Litigation Fundamentals webinar. Total running time is 1 hour, 5 minutes.
