This paper addresses the current practice and future evolution of the business of law as it applies to estate administration. It provides a brief overview of the product or services that an estate administration lawyer offers. It also describes the anatomy of trust, and applies that to estate administration practice. The paper includes a discussion of such topics as setting boundaries, being reliable, being accountable, maintaining confidentiality and integrity, and asking for help.
