The Intersection of Family Law and Estates Law (On-Demand)

SKU: OC-62248-14

Through this panel discussion, explore the principles and processes which counsel may urge the courts to consider following the death of a tesator. Enhance your ability to anticipate what claims might be made and upheld when drafting estate planning documents (or prenups, post-nups, or cohabitation agreements).

This on-demand program was originally presented as an in-person session on May 2, 2022, as part of LESA’s Refresher 2022: Wills and Estates. Total running time is 42 minutes.
