Through an examination of recent case law in the Adoption area, this webinar will discuss impacts on biological parents, prospective adoptive parents, and adoption agencies moving forward.

Explore key aspects of adoptions and birthparents’ rights, and will examine developments in the area with a focus on a recent Alberta Court of Appeal decision, Re A. (Adoption), 2024 ABCA 203.
