Child Protection Issues in Family Law Matters (Livestream)

This is the registration page for the livestream session. This program is also being offered as an in-person program in Edmonton.

This program will explore what family lawyers need to know when Child and Family Services becomes involved in family or divorce proceedings. Topics include understanding relevant legislation (and all of the acronyms), obtaining disclosure, representing clients in applying for guardianship of children in care, Bill C-92, private guardianship and home study reports, and more.
