This presentation outlines the legal test for testamentary capacity and examines the impacts of alcohol on testamentary capacity from the legal and medical perspectives. The presentation concludes with a panel discussion, which addresses common questions that arise with respect to the impact of alcohol on capacity.

A firm broadcast license allows firms or organizations to purchase an on-demand program for viewing as a group at a significantly discounted per person fee. Firm broadcast licenses are purchased by a facilitator who will receive access and is granted permission to broadcast the on-demand program for the pre-selected number of viewers. The facilitator may download and distribute program materials to viewers. The on-demand program must be viewed by all viewers in the same location and at the same time.
