Looking at real life examples, it provides practical advice to lawyers about what to do when they encounter issues with RPRs, boundary disputes and discrepancies, encroachments, municipal compliance (or non-compliance), and disputes over ownership of retaining walls and fences. It also answers the question of what justifies updating an RPR.
