The Court of King’s Bench has announced that Judicial Dispute Resolutions (JDRs) cannot be booked in the Spring 2024 term due to the high volume of trials and Applications currently booked. Exceptions have been extended to certain Special JDRs (SPEC) for currently scheduled long civil and family trials. Read the announcement here.
