Information collected in step 3 of this form may be used to create your volunteer profile page on LESA's website. Profiles will contain professional information as well as highlight the programs and/or resources that you have contributed to. A link to your profile will be provided to you and we invite you to share the link on your LinkedIn profile, your online bio, your CV, and elsewhere within your networks. Once you provide consent, your public volunteer profile will be created following completion of your first volunteer activity (i.e. after you have been confirmed as faculty for a program or after a resource has been published on the LESA site).
