This paper discusses recent human rights developments in Alberta, related to employment. The author includes summaries of decisions of the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal, and arbitration awards. The paper concludes with a summary of the relevant principles outlined in recent case law.
