During the questioning process lawyers must remain mindful of their professional obligations to clients, the court, other members of the profession, and to society at large. This paper discusses professionalism issues in questioning, including those involved in preparing an affidavit of records, witness preparation, questioning witnesses and supervising a client’s questioning.
