The more confident you are in understanding which questions and objections are improper during a questioning, the better you will be able to respond to them. This paper identifies some of the more common issues that may arise during questioning and provides a summary of relevant case law as an aid in your preparation for questioning. It provides the basics of objecting, including details on appropriate objections.
