As the number of seniors in Canada grows, so too does the prevalence of issues unique to seniors. This paper discusses some of those issues, including capacity, suspicious circumstances, undue influence, and elder abuse. It also provides practice tips to help you recognize and effectively deal with these issues and properly document your file.
