Firm broadcast licenses are purchased by a facilitator who will receive access and is granted permission to broadcast the on-demand program for the pre-selected number of viewers. The facilitator may download and distribute program materials to viewers. The on-demand program must be viewed by all viewers in the same location and at the same time. Access to the on-demand program (recording(s) and materials) will be available on the facilitator’s LESA.org account for one month after purchase.
