This paper provides an introduction to prenuptial agreements, including a discussion on why a prenuptial agreement can be a good idea for someone who has an ongoing farming or ranching operation. The author also discusses other types of agreements that may be useful to clients, such as adult interdependent partner agreements and cohabitation agreements.
