While the first course focused on the basics of trust accounting, this second course focuses on trust accounting for the Responsible Lawyer. By the end of this course, you should be able to outline the responsibilities of a Responsible Lawyer. You should also be able to perform a trust accounting risk assessment, implement and monitor controls to manage risks, and maintain required books and records.
